Citimark is teaming up with local powerhouses Gershman Partners & Milhaus to redevelop the iconic Broad Ripple Kroger land with purposeful new retail and modern residential options. Located on 1.6 acres in the heart of Broad Ripple, VERSA is a brand new mixed-use development comprised of 233 Class A multi-family units, 3,836 SF of retail space, as well as 1,536 SF of outdoor patio space.
