Sunstate Industrial is a two building, 18’ clear, 64,000 SF, multi-tenant industrial park located in the airport submarket of Tampa, FL.  The property was purchased by Citimark in 2017 as part of a 14-building acquisition in the Tampa market and represented Citimark’s entry into the Tampa industrial market.  Citimark completed significant capital work and leasing during its ownership and sold the property in 2021, along with six other Citimark owned assets in Tampa, to a private investment firm located in California.
