Hartsfield International Commerce Center is a three building, 110,000 SF multi-tenant industrial park located in the airport submarket in Atlanta, GA.  The property was acquired by Citimark in August, 2018 from a private ownership group in an off-market transaction.  During it’s ownership period, Citimark completed significant capital improvements, lease up of vacant space and renewal of existing tenancy at market rents and terms.  The property was sold in November, 2020 as part of a seven building portfolio sale to a private equity real estate firm based out of Texas.
