Building 71 is a 193,000 SF, 24’ clear warehouse located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis in the Park 100 industrial park.  The building was acquired by Citimark in an off-market transaction in 2019.  At the time of acquisition, the building had 40,000 SF vacancy, below market rents in place and was in need of a new roof.  Citimark quickly leased up the vacancy, replaced the roof and sold the property to a large fund operator in 2022.
