Citimark’s Atlanta Industrial Portfolio is a four building, 409,000 SF multi-tenant industrial portfolio located in Atlanta’s airport, and I-85 Northeast submarkets.  The property was acquired by Citimark in January, 2017 from an institutional owner.  During its ownership period, Citimark completed significant capital improvements, lease up of vacant space and renewals of existing tenancy at market rents and terms.  The property was sold in November, 2020 as part of a seven building portfolio sale to a private equity real estate firm based out of Texas.
