437 Telfair is a 207,000 SF warehouse acquired by Citimark in 2018 and represented Citimark’s entry into the Savannah market.  The building was constructed in 2007, has 24’ clear height and is located within 5 miles of the Port of Savannah.  The property was purchased off-market as a 1-year sale-lease-back with the tenant as a known vacate at the end of the 1-year term.  Once the building became available, it was quickly re-leased to a single user who utilizes the port for distribution of commodity goods.  437 Telfair was sold in 2021 to one of the largest owners of industrial real estate in the United States.
