Bill is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Citimark.  He has over 45 years of real estate investment, development and construction experience.  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction, plays a central role in development projects and management of Citimark’s existing investment portfolio. Bill also serves on the investment committee. Bill graduated from Bradley University.
