Northeast Business Center consists of two office buildings and seven warehouse buildings totaling 522,000 SF located in the Northeast submarket of Indianapolis, IN. The property was purchased by Citimark in 2013. At the time of acquisition, the industrial buildings were 83% leased and the office buildings were 61% leased. Citimark completed significant capital work and leasing during its ownership and brought the industrial buildings to 99% leased and the office buildings to 100% leased. Two office buildings were sold in 2017 to a private investment firm located in Tyler, TX. One industrial building was sold in 2017 to an existing tenant and the remaining six industrial buildings were sold in 2018 to a private investment firm located in Atlanta, GA.
